Why a security consultant?
What are the benefits?
We provide services independently of others and provide you with
objectivity. We do not accept fees, commissions,
or other valuable considerations from any individual or organization
that sells, supplies, or distributes any security equipment or
service. Our loyalty is to our clients. Our mission is to help them
define their needs and provide the guidance that allows our clients
to make the well-informed security decisions and methods required to reduce
vulnerabilities to loss from criminal acts, as well as liability
reduction. This is a far different experience than working with a
particular vendor who is tied to specific products and specific
solutions. We have no ties except to our clients' best interests.
There are many benefits that flow from using an independent and
objective consultant organization, including cost and time savings,
efficiencies, and economies. Please see more below and on other
pages of this website.

and where?
AAA Risk Management provides services primarily within

countries or have facilities or partnerships there. Where we are
needed, we go.

Services, Range,
Outsourcing Security, Specialties
AAA Risk Management offers a wide array of services customized to
each client and their specific and individual needs. We serve
a broad range of organizations, as well, from industrial and
commercial concerns to law firms and retail operations. One
particular target environment, while the concept applies to many
organizations, is those
corporations, manufacturers or industrial firms especially, that do not have the budget to
maintain a full time security staff. However, they have problems,
losses, vulnerabilities, and security needs that can be
fulfilled and resolved in a cost effective manner by working with our firm.
We work closely with
management and their personnel on the analysis and delivery of
solutions based upon the priorities. Our specialty, if we can be said to
have one, would be cargo security and the transportation sector,
while we go way beyond this and are without limitation.

Fees for services:
At AAA Risk Management we
understand that most organizations have a limited budget to address
security issues. We strive to deliver quality consulting services at
a price well within your budget. Our objective is to deliver
services that may pay for themselves entirely from loss prevention,
asset retention, and deterrence. Regardless, there is a decided
return on investment, and many intangible benefits follow and flow
from a well designed security and loss prevention program.
In most cases we can clearly define the scope of the services to be
provided with you. Therefore we can propose that the project be
performed on a fixed-price basis. For those occasions when the
project requires follow-up beyond the initial service, where
litigation is involved, or when the client requires continued
consulting work over an extended period of time, an hourly rate plus
expenses agreement may be more practical for the client. Please
inquire - contact info appears below.

Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQs) Q.
How do you balance costs of implementing security methods against
benefits that are delivered?
A. This can only be done in light of creating a budget that is
based upon an analysis of risk and potential loss, taking into
careful consideration the position of the organization. However, the
most expensive route is to wait for a loss to occur before
implementing basic protection methodology. Insurance is not and
should not be a sole safeguard, as applicable to a situation, as
losses can or may create losses that go far beyond what is actually
insured. Disruption, time loss, late deliveries, as applicable, must
be figured in. Close the door before the cow gets out of the barn is
the rule, not after. The most expensive method is to wait for loss
to occur before acting, instead of taking action to preempt loss.
Unfortunately, this has been proven time and again.
